Blue School is joining the 4th edition of Plogging Challenge Portugal.
This Challenge is coordinated by the Santa Maria da Feira Plogging project, which aims to bring together plogging actions carried out across the country in a nationwide initiative.
For those who don't know, plogging is an outdoor sporting activity (usually jogging) that includes picking up litter along the way.
The 4th edition of Plogging Challenge Portugal will take place between April 20th and May 1st, 2024.
Blue Schools can be the promoters of their own plogging activity. To integrate their activities into this national initiative, promoters must fill out the following form (PT only): https://forms.gle/iMBwkFrZJs8NMUfs5.
After carrying out the action, each promoter must provide the national coordination with data about their plogging action.
Plogging has been gaining more and more support in Portugal. In 2023, the Plogging Challenge Portugal brought together more than 7000 volunteers, including lots of schools.
