In 2026, Blue School – Escola Azul PT will select an Anthem and a Mascot. On Blue School Day - May 19, 2026 - we challenge each Blue School to organize a special event to present our new Anthem and Mascot.
This will be a process with different stages, and we have created two challenges: one to choose the Blue School Anthem and another to select the Blue School Mascot.
By the deadline of March 20th, we had received a total of 89 proposals for the Blue School anthem and 141 proposals for the Mascot. The Jury will now evaluate the anthems, and on April 13th, we will put a select group of finalist anthems to a vote. The mascots will be evaluated by the Blue School Coordination, and the chosen Mascot will be announced on April 20th.
