Delta Cafés Madeira established a partnership with Escola Azul to promote greater awareness on the issue of marine litter through the drawing contest “Knowing the Sea of Madeira to Preserve it!”. Students from Madeira were challenged to draw the effects of litter on marine life.
The 10 best drawings were printed on Delta's sugar packages, allowing the community to become more aware of the need to adopt assertive attitudes towards ocean sustainability.
